ETAPAN

  “PeriAnesthesia Nursing Update 2011 was held at Parkwest Medical Center on Saturday August 13th. We were very excited to provide our first half day educational conference hosted by ETAPAN. The ETAPAN Board of Directors would like to thank all of those that attended this seminar. There were over 50 nurses in attendance!  The topics were Role of Robotic Surgery in Gynecology, Current Trends in Joint Replacement Types of Bariatric Surgery & Patient Selection and care of the Bariatric Patient.

I would like to express my appreciation to the expert speakers for sharing their time and knowledge with us. Our speakers were Dr. Kim Roberts, Dr. Harold Cates, Dr. Stephen Boyce and Jessica Flanery RN BSN. I would also like to say thank you to Parkwest Medical Center, Sheila Smith, Loretta Jacobs, Lori Robinson, Chris Buck  and  Gloria Nipper for making this conference a success.
